You will have the opportunity to receive training throughout the life of your franchise, not just in the beginning. Thorough training is offered on all aspects of the Epcon Communities Condominium Development System, with topics such as Sales, Marketing, Construction, Legal and Finance offered several times each year for you and your staff. In addition, regional meetings, conference calls and seminars are presented periodically to further enhance your knowledge and effectiveness.
