- Sees employees as a valuable resource; believes in training.
- Can build relationships with external partners.
- You or your group must have the ability to acquire and develop at least 12 acres of land and secure a construction line of credit of $1,000,000 or more for a community of 60 or more homes.
- An Epcon Homes project requires a minimum of only 10 lots and appropriate funding.
- Typically, capital of at least $1,000,000 is required for full community. An Epcon Homes project of 10 homes may require significantly less capital.
